Here we are in November, getting ready for the Holidays surrounded by yummy foods, holiday stress, family, and friends, and here I am setting new goals of competing this April! I took a lot of time off to just live life as a "normal" person, way too much time off, and I found that I am most happy when I am on a strict routine of workouts and diets. Its a lifestyle and I am learning its what really works for me and brings balance to my life!

I started the morning off with a Banana Isagenix Shake! It's quick, easy, delicious and one of the best things you can put into your body! I am back to eating six meals a day, and eating every three hours, so convenience is a must!
I am fueled up for now, and I am off to play with two very cute kids!! I have dinner plans with my friend Shawna tonight, and a really fun weekend planned consisting of coffee dates, quality time with the husband, and a Girls day including lunch Melting Pot with my little princess, Grammy and Auntie for a Fairytale Fondue Party!!
